We had an amazing stay in a Junior Suite, where the views of Lake Lugano left us speechless every morning. The staff went above and beyond, with personalized touches and attentiveness that truly made us feel special. The spa facilities were a fantastic retreat after a day of exploring. However, the hotel’s location a bit away from downtown can make access to some activities a little cumbersome.
